We also had some guests help out with the taste-off this year. Saturday Night turned out to be a pre-tailgate party with some good freinds from Chargers Country making the journey to cheer on the bolts.

After a great Saturday night out, we all met up in the tailgate lot before Sunday's game and had a great time tasting what the Blacktop's Best had to offer, Turducken Chili was phenominal. Great dish V! Top Chef's Brian Malarkey, Mix Master Ron and The Tailgate Guy chill in "The Mink's Nest" RADical rig between tastes.
There was a cool little bar across the street form the parking lot called "The Little Wagon." Cool place that we visited a few times throughout the day and evening.

When we finally got into the game, John Velek and the Minnesota Vikings had arranged tickets for all of us. Thanks for the seats boys. We had a great time, or at least I did. We were able to watch Adrian Peterson break the NFL Single Game Rushing Record with 296 yards and 3 TDs in a Vikings Victory over the Chargers. Awesome game.
