Sunset's and Fast Cars...
I was very excited to get out to Phoenix in the great weather. and, even more excited to be at one of NASCAR's esteemed Saturday Night Sprint Cup races. It was a thrill. We had some great hosts, thanks Jim and Tracey and gang as well as a good time in the garages thanks to Tailgater Monthly and ONMC's Randy Dye. As you can see, the new tour manager Chuck is all about the Miller Lite Car.
The track was small and quick and the cars were loud and energetic, but the best part of the weekend were the tailgaters...
Fish tacos, steaks, grilled potatoes, crab boils, beer can chickens and plenty of beverages to cool me down was the only way to tailgate at PIR - thanks Lynn and Connie!
If you're up for a real bizarre NASCAR track, come find us at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma California in June. It's a road course with a 160 foot elevation change. Can't wait to see what that holds...
Final call: PIR is a must attend 'Gate!
Best Crab Boil in town!

...and not a bad drink either! Our awesome next door neighbors to the East invited me to a feast. Crab, potatoes, corn, sausage and shrimp - oh my! Great to meet you all!
Photo of the Week!

That's right baby! Clint Bowyer's Sprint Cup Car up close and personal. He let me drive it Saturday night around the track, and I pushed his satndings up a bit. i actually finished 2nd for Clint. But don't let the NASCAR Officials know I drove for him. It's a secret until i make my move...
