with wild game on the grill...

As always, a trip to tailgate at Lambeau is always a chance to hang with Steve Muck and Woody! The great hunters and wild game chefs again went out of their way to make sure everyone who wandered by had their fill!

Here you can see "high-speed beef" and skinless wild duck breast accompanied with Muck's famous mushroom wild rice and plenty of Windsor and Sun Drop. For the starter, Steve did up and awesome bacon-wrapped shrimp and Woody did up some fresh venison and bear brats on the grill.

Nothin' like venison and cheese...

Here you can see some venison summer sausage and a three day cold smoked farmer sausage along with some cheese from Belle Plain Cheese factory just outside of Shawano, Wisconsin!

The killin' is done by all, except Woody, and all the processing happens in Grub's Shed - a huge building that plays host to processing wild game, bachelor parties, weddings, receptions and just as a place to hang. Grub shows Nick on how to make Bear and Venison Brats - all in prep for Sunday's tailgate.

The tailgate started Saturday night in the lot and we had a visit from Greg Jenns, AKA Titletown's #1 Clown and Adam Dillman, AKA Darth Packer. On Sunday Lewie Limberger from the Green and Gold Gang and Game Bibs Josh Coenen joined the party again.

Sunday morning approached rather quickly and Steve joined us in the lot doing a little jig. A bright and warm game day always puts a smile on all.

Red Cup Salute: a toast to Jarod, Mayor Mike, Brandon, all the SD boys and Mary, Denise and the whole Saturday night crew. Next round is on me!
