Dawg Bound or Pound...
Even though it rained in the morning, the Muni lot was crawling with Brown's fans and the Steeler's sent a few of their own too.
Mark, Mike, Steve and Scott hosted Rodney and I at this incredible opening day tailgate party. The rain stopped just a few minutes after breakfast, and the lot came alive. It was great to see so many Pittsburgh fans brave the Muni lot's fearsome barking.
With a great steak lunch planned, we hit the lot and met some great Brown's fans. I mean, just look at all the tailgaters. How could you not make a few laps and experience the Muni lot kennel? They even have their own mascot - Muni, the muni lot monster!
We had some great food and even saw some creative vehicles, like the tractor couch. Yep, it is an actual tractor with a couch on the chassis. The driver's seat had been replaced with a recliner, and they drove the lot all day. Very creative!
I even saw a La Cajita China and the chef was doing a couple pork butts. And the boys from the Tiki Bar were set up again. It was nice having a beer with you guys again. Keep one on ice for me.
It was a great day to be a Brown's fan in the lot. Steeler's fan had to bear the berating of the pack, but the Steeler's fans ended up taking the big 'W.'

Scott Nunnari and his Dawg Mobile!

Scott added a couple features to the rig this season including hydraulic leg lifts with, oops... is that a Pittsburgh Steeler's Hydrant?
Photo of the Week!

Mark, Mike and Steve asked the local authorities if they would eat lunch with us, after all, beef is at the heart of every cop, right?
