Filets cooked to perfection, garlic macaroni salad and watermelon/mint fruit bowl!

Randy emailed me and invited me to a "guaranteed" tailgate of the year! As I accepted his invite to the "Furnace" as he calls the lot, I really became excited about the Cardinal's new stadium.

From the moment we pulled into the lot, Randy and his boys introduced us to anyone and everyone. We met some great folks, had some outstanding food and enjoyed one helluva Gate. We can't wait to get back to AZ in February for the Super Gate 08!

Well, we really didn't bake anything, but Poonster fired up some fantastic Filets.

The East side of the stadiun is a huge grass practice field, complete with goal posts. On game days, it's opened for parking and tailgating. Sooo much cooler on the grass than on a black paved parking lot.
