When Jim and his crew explained what "The Dish" was a bacon-wrapped filet with an incredible red wine and brandy sauce we insisted that he enter it in the Ttaste-off.

Our guest judge Mark, who flew in from Indianapolis just to tailgate with Team Blacktop (okay, he kinda wanted to see he Colts play, too!), tasted "The Dish" and threw his hands up in the air, declaring Jim the winner on the spot!

An impressive recipe that makes 16 of the tenderest fillets you'll ever taste, we know that this one's gonna be a favorite in the AFC edition of I Got Your Tailgate Party Right Here!

Jaguar-ific Baby, Yeah!

With the Colts in town, the Jags fans didn't expect much out of the game, but that didn't stop them from throwing down a great tailgate.

We hit the ground running and started scouring the lots for our Taste-off. We found everything from burgers and brats for 2 to a complete buffet-style meal being served for at least 30 people!

The crew from Lulu's Waterfront Grille had 2 finalists in our taste-off along with quite a few more entries as well.

We had a great time meeting and eating all the great folks and terrific food at Alltel!

Mark and his wife along with a group from the Brew Crew we met in Indianapolis flew down tailgate with us his weekend. Although the Colts ended up losing, the Brew Crew had a great time. Thanks guys!

We met a large group of JAX fans on Saturday night in the tailgate lot, they served us a crab boil on Saturday night and invited us over for deep fried fish Sunday night. That fish was perfection after a two day tailgate, thanks a ton for the hospitality!

Friends of the Tour!

Welcome our newest friend of the tour -Cruzin' Cooler. These electric powered, fully-functional coolers can not only keep your drinks ice cold, but they can get you where you need to go. And quick!

We were in a grass and gravel lot, the Cruzin' Cooler had no problem on the terrain. They even have trailers with seats. These things are cool!!!
